By creating an account or using Aim in Dermatology (“AiD”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Who can use AiD

AiD is intended for medical professionals and students preparing for the FCPS Part 1 Dermatology examination. Access to paid facilities (QBank, mocks, video lectures) is granted per your enrolled batch.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable; sharing login access with another person is not permitted.

3. Content & intellectual property

All questions, notes, videos, images, and other course material on AiD are the property of Aim in Dermatology or its licensors. You may use them for your own personal exam preparation only — copying, redistributing, or reselling any content is prohibited.

4. Payments & admissions

Batch and admission fees are as stated at the time of enrollment. Refund eligibility, if any, follows the policy communicated during admission. We reserve the right to suspend access for non-payment or violation of these terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to breach platform security, scrape or bulk extract question content, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

6. No medical advice

AiD is an educational exam-preparation resource. It is not a substitute for clinical training, supervision, or professional medical judgment.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
