- Study activity: questions attempted, scores, revision progress, time spent — used to power your own progress dashboard and analytics.
- Payment records for admissions/batch fees, handled by our payment processor — we do not store full card numbers.
- Basic technical data (device/browser type, pages visited) via analytics, used only in aggregate to improve the platform.
How we use it
- To provide and maintain your account, QBank progress, and revision plans.
- To communicate admission status, batch announcements, and support responses.
- To improve content quality and platform performance based on aggregate usage patterns.
What we don't do
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not share your individual study performance with anyone outside AiD staff without your consent, except where required by law.
Data retention & deletion
We retain your account and study data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us — see below.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or ask us to delete your account, by reaching out through the contact details on our admissions page.
